Students signed up for AP Spanish next year: Meeting this Thursday from 2:15-2:25 in
room 209.

Students signed up for AP Literature and Composition: Meeting is tomorrow in Room 112
immediately after school. We will be signing out a required reading book as well as
discussing the requirements of the Summer work. Attendance will be taken. Scheduling
conflict, stop by 112 after June 10th to speak with Mrs. Brown and sign out your book.

Student Council is holding elections, if you are interested in a spot on the E-Board or in
your class government, nomination forms are due tomorrow.

Attention Juniors: Apponequet's Civic Action Showcase will begin on Monday June 9th.
Be prepared to share your projects with your class. Any group that needs to update their
posters received an email from Mr. Rutledge on May 30th. If your group was instructed to
update your tri-fold poster you must do so by the start of the school day on June 6th.

If you're enrolled or interested in AP Psychology, you can stop by room 107 after school
before the end of the year to briefly discuss summer work. Check Google Classroom or
contact Mr. Giorlando if you have any questions.

Good Luck to the Laker Girls Lacrosse team who will host Bishop Fenwick in the round of 16 D3 tournament at 4pm today and our Laker Baseball team who will travel to Fraser Field in Lynn to play St. Mary's(4pm).

Student Council is holding its annual elections, if you are interested in a spot on the
E-Board or in your class government, check your email or your Laker Locker for the
nomination forms. Forms are due by June 10th.

ATTENTION LIFE MEMBERS:
Our last LIFE Club meeting is scheduled for TODAY right after school in room 106. Please
arrange for your rides to pick you up at 2:45. See you there!

There will be a mandatory Girls Soccer program meeting on Wednesday June 11, 2025 in
the lecture hall from 2:15 pm to 3:30 pm that all current and interested players must
attend. Information for the 2025 Fall Season will be given out along with information on
the Mariner Summer season.

Debate Club will hold its final meeting right after school in room 117 today. All members
are welcome to attend.

There will be a short meeting of the Drama club today at 2:15 PM in the auditorium.
Anyone interested in acting or participating in tech crew for next year's fall play and/or
spring musical are encouraged to attend. New faces are always welcome!

There will be a meeting for all students interested in taking AP Chemistry next year on
Thursday immediately after school, in room 204. Please have rides arranged for 3 pm.

Here’s something to cheer about! Cheerleading tryouts for the fall football season are on
June 9th, 10th, and 11th from 4:30 – 6:00 in the gymnasium. If interested please write
your name on the sign-up sheet in the main office. Flyers are posted around the school
with additional information!

Attention seniors! THIS Friday is our Senior Lock In, starting at 10 PM and ending at 5
AM. Admission is ten dollars. We are having a 2 AM Taco Bell Run, a cap decorating arts
and craft room, card games, video games in the library, games in the gym, and much
more!

Breaking news - the Sophomore class basket raffle has been extended until tomorrow!
Don't miss your chance to win big! Raffle tickets are available for purchase during all 3
lunch shifts. Tickets are $5 each, or 5 for $20. Payment is cash only. The winners will be
