The “Booked at Apponequet” club has chosen the selections for the May book read. Members can opt between the following choices: “A Good Girl's Guide to Murder” by Holly Jackson; “Truly Devious” by Maureen Johnson; “That’s Not What Happened” by Kody Keplinger; and “The Guest List” by Lucy Foley. The club will meet to discuss their selection on Tuesday, May 30th at 2:15. All new members are welcome to join. More authors are coming to the Author Expo! Another returning face is Filomena Tripp - born with undeveloped arms and one underdeveloped leg, Filomena has written a compelling novel that shows us the way through and beyond adversity; Edward Taylor - writing since middle school, Eddie works in government and recently published his debut novel, “Drop”; Belle DeCosta - writer of fiction as well as a memoir that is a sure read for all women; local artist Candace Sherman who has encompassed her love of stones and art into both fiction and nonfiction works of healing stone energy; and a familiar face to the ARHS halls, Theresa Mackiewicz - writer and creative force behind the one of a kind book series, Scribbles!
