The Town of Lakeville is monitoring the current weather event and the condition of area ponds and tributaries.
At this time, we do not anticipate widespread flooding or damage to homes. It is possible that there may be isolated areas of flooding, causing damage to buildings and roads. Any Lakeville resident in need of immediate emergency assistance should use the standing 911 system. People with non-emergency needs, such as relocation away from flooding or temporary shelter, should call 508-947-4121.
The Town of Lakeville stands ready to provide required assistance for our community. The current forecast indicates that assistance will be minimal at this time. If this situation does worsen, there are plans in place to address community needs.
The Town of Lakeville requests that our residents monitor community social media and web pages for updates. In the unlikely event that critical information must be delivered, the Town will utilize emergency phone messaging platforms to communicate directly with residents.
