 Important Updates

  • STEM Week:  Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade students for their Next Generation Zoo Enclosure designs.  Thursday was a great day as the entire student body was able to view the designs in a multi-room gallery walk.  Thank you to our STEM teachers, Ms. Holmes, Mr Gallagher, Ms. Lahaie and Ms. Jones

School Club Update

  •  Thank you to Ashland Inc. for their generous donation to the FLMS Robotics Club.  With their help, the club has been able to upgrade its equipment to compete at the local robotics competition later this fall.
  • Attention all singers, actors and dancers! It's that time of year again.  The FLMS Drama Club is getting ready for this year’s production of Annie Jr.  Auditions and callbacks are November 2nd and 3rd from 2:15 - 4:00 PM in the auditorium

School Sports Update

  • FLMS Basketball: For anyone interested in playing for the FLMS basketball teams this winter, please note the following important dates:

    • Girls Tryouts 11/7 & 11/8

    • Boys Tryouts 11/9 and 11/10

  • The FLMS Co-Ed Soccer Team finished their season undefeated.  With wins over Swansea and Dighton this week, they tallied a record of 15-0 and were crowned Massasoit League Champions!  Great job players!

  • The Boys and Girls Cross Country teams were both victorious over Raynham Middle School this week. The girls team is undefeated and the boys only have one loss on the season.  Keep up the great work!

  • The Apponequet swim program has been approved by the MIAA for 7th & 8th grade students to participate with the high school swim team. Practice starts on Monday, November 28th.
