Mr. Ward’s Message:

Welcome back!  What an exciting week at Freetown Elementary School.  Tuesday, FES welcomed back students in grades one, two, and three.  Then, on Thursday, FES welcomed our newest Freetown Foxes Kindergarten and Pre-School scholars.  Also, during the course of this first week of school we will have participated in an expectations assembly to learn about the 3 CORE Values of Freetown Elementary School.  The 3 CORE Values being respectful, responsible, and safe.  Students also learned and/or reviewed the expectations at recess and lunch.  Additionally, the students are getting to know each other and their new teacher.  They are adjusting well to the school routine such as transitioning in the hall, how to engage in the classroom, and much more.  All in all the week was joyous and filled with many happy faces.  What a great start to the school year.
