Have a wonderful summer!

Sept 15-21, 2017

Greetings Laker Nation,

Our Lakeville Police Department welcomed ARHS’s students to school on High Five Friday with high fives and cheers.  We thank our local LPD members for their support and we look forward to the next opportunity for a High Five Friday.  Please visit our site for some great photos.  Grade 12 students interested in our SRO Internship should see Officer Bartholomew this week.

Congratulations to Leanne Kendall for being named a Boston Globe All-Scholastic Athlete Spring 2017!  We look forward to Leanne’s continued success!

The Mathletes are at it again!  Ms. Rousseau and our Math Team met today to prepare for a season of challenging equations and stiff competition.  If your student is interested in joining the Math Team or any other after school club, please have him/her visit the school calendar for meeting times and/or visit the Main Office for details.

Congratulations to Mr. Glen, Dr. Tate, Mrs. O’Brien and Ms. Lima.  These ARHS teachers were recipients of grants awarded by the Freetown-Lakeville Education Foundation (FLEF)!  An augmented reality sandbox, a media cooperation station, a Core Values & Beliefs mural and chemistry sets are on the way as a result!  Thank you members of FLEF.

Auditions for the Fall Play - The Great Gatsby - occurred last week.  The show, complete with a dance troupe, has been cast.  Please mark your calendars for the November 2, 3 and 4 performances!  More information to follow.

Special thanks to Mrs. Carboni and her Somethin’s Brewin’ Book Cafe for hosting our parent/guardian discussion of Saroo Brierley's A Long Way Home. Shout out to Ms. Lippincott, Dr. Correia and Mrs. LeComte for being in attendance!
