March 17 through 24, 2017
Greetings Laker Nation,
Fifteen ARHS student leaders and their two advisors jumped into the Atlantic Ocean to kickoff the 40th Annual MASC Conference with the Polar Plunge in support of Special Olympics. Our eager delegation raised $2,615 earning ARHS the Number 2 spot on the Top Ten list of earners in the state. ARHS's own junior, Cam Silva, came in first place among all the fundraisers in MA at a whopping $1,390. Students attended workshops and listened to various speakers all centered around 2017’s theme: "Building a Better Leader." After braving a snowstorm, students returned excited to use their new knowledge and skills to build more leaders at ARHS.
