Raise the Bar
The Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District will continue to use the One-Call Communication System to provide families with the necessary school cancellation or delay information. The school district is once again using a web-based program, Parents Plus Portals, where parents will be able to access information about their child’s educational progress and grades. Parents of students in grades 4-12 will have access to the portal. Please take advantage of this wonderful communication tool for your children: .https://www.plusportals.com/arhs
We continue to strengthen our relationship with the senior citizens in both Freetown and Lakeville. The school district will host two senior breakfast events on November 1, 2017 at Freetown Elementary School and November 8, 2017 at Assawompset Elementary School. The last few years these events were a huge success and we look forward to our continued partnership with the Council on Aging in both communities.
Our next school committee meeting for the 2017-18 school year will be next Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the ARHS Library. I look forward to our continued drive toward excellence as we raise the bar for all our students.
