Wellness Policy on Physical Activity and Nutrition

(This program will continue when school reopens.)
The Freetown Lakeville Regional School District offers breakfast each full school day morning.
Good nutrition is essential for sound academic performance and impacts the health and success of our district's children. With increasing demands for students, eating a healthy breakfast has never been more critical. With these facts in mind please remember that breakfast is served before school starts every full school day at George R Austin Intermediate School, Freetown Elementary and Assawompset Elementary. Our breakfast menu offers a choice of 2-3 entree options, such as whole grain bagels, yogurt, and mini pancakes, also a variety of whole grain cereals are available everyday. Of course fresh fruit and low fat or skim milk are available as well. Reduced price breakfast is $0.30 and full price is $1.50.
