EEE Information: Protecting your Family from EEE
The Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District will continue to use the One-Call Communication System to provide families with necessary safety updates and school cancellation or delay information.
The school district is once again using a web-based program, Parent Plus Portals, where parents will be able to access information about their child’s educational progress and grades. Parents of students in grades 4-12 will have access to the portal. Please take advantage of this wonderful communication tool for your children:
Parents or students with questions on accessing their Portal accounts may email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We continue to strengthen our relationship with the senior citizens in both Freetown and Lakeville. The school district will host two senior breakfast events on October 16, 2019 at Freetown Elementary School and October 24, 2019 at Assawompset Elementary School. The last few years these events were a huge success and we look forward to our continued partnership with the Council on Aging in both communities.
The Department of Homeland Security provided some helpful safety tips for the use of technology as our students return to school, please see the attached link for valuable information: https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/current-activity/2019/08/20/cyber-safety-students
Our first school committee meeting for the new academic year will be next Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in the ARHS Library at 6:30 p.m. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call 508-923-2000 ext. 1703 or email me at email@example.com.
