Mockingbird Click on picture to hear bird sounds.	Bird Name: Northern Mockingbird
	Field Marks: The Northern Mockingbird is about the size of a Robin with a short thin bill. Its black tail has white outer feathers and its wings also have white patches. This bird is gray on its head, shoulders and rump. The underside is a lighter beige.
	Feeder Food: Suet, fruit, raisins
	Natural Food: Insects, spiders, snails, fruit, berries
	Behavior: Sometimes, in the fall, people will be fooled into thinking that other birds are not yet migrating. They think they are hearing other birds because this bird likes to mimic the sounds of other birds. Song: mimics other birds or loud chack, softer chair
