The FLMS Newspaper Club is an organization of students in grades six through eight who write articles on various subjects including school events, book reviews, sports, poetry, and information. The advisors, Ms. Constant and Ms. Martin, meet with the club on Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30 in our Harrison School Library.  Freetown-Lakeville Journal editions are posted online after distribution of the printed copy.

Newspaper Club has stepped it up a notch with the use of audio interiviews to introduce new staff.  The audio file is an mp3 distributed over the Internet.  Mr. Courcy initiated the idea and with the help of the Newspaper staff, is interviewing all new teachers and staff at FLMS.  Jump to our new interviews page!
