Recycle those old and worn Cell Phones!

The George R. Austin Intermediate School is participating in the FundingFactory® Recycling Program
This fundraiser is FREE and simple because there's nothing to sell, no paperwork to fill out and no deadline. The program runs year-round, accumulating constant income for our efforts. But we won't get very far without your support. Please donate your used cell phones to our school and we'll take it from there! We will recycle the cell phones through FundingFactory to earn new technology for our school. A Recycling Box will be placed in the front lobby. Please contact Mr. Tarnopol for any additional information

Printer Cartridges

We’ve just joined the Cartridge World Recycling Program!This program provides a convenient location for collecting empty inkjet and laser cartridges while it raises funds for our school. The Cartridge World School Recycling Program is intended not only for school use, but also for use by the local community and businesses. Our school will receive money for the cartridges we collect from parents, community members and businesses.

Paper Recycling

Our school is now participating in a new paper recycling program whereby
we receive funds for every pound of paper we collect.

Everyone in our community is encouraged to deposit household waste paper into the large green and yellow bin located in our parking lot!

Newspapers, magazines, & shopping catalogs office & school papers and mail
